  • Al Tamouh Investment is a Real Estate Subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Royal Group. It has Al Reem Island and land bank in Al Ain which is being managed in SAP. I am responsible for extending seamless support, implementation and roll outs for SAP FICO, FM-BCS and RE-FX. This support extends across 13 different subsidiaries of Tamouh Group which are engaged in Leasing, Facilities Management & Community Management across UAE. We have brought whole Real estate portfolio in SAP RE-FX including Leasing, Sales, Land Usage Management, Service Charges Settlement and Utility charges billing. I have used SAP LUM to convert land data spread across Al Reem Island into SAP RE-FX LUM tool. I have single handedly implemented VAT across all group companies in SAP RE-FX & FI. Conducted extensive trainings and UAT on VAT implications on transaction postings across SAP ERP, Input/output tax presentation in financial statement & VAT return process through SAP FI. I have implemented IFRS 16 to meet reporting requirements of RoU assets using RE-FX Lease-In process. I have implemented SAP Funds Management Budget Control System (FM-BCS) module in 12 entities of Al Tamouh Investment.
