I am an experienced consultant with analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously knowing how to administer priorities between these tasks. My previous experiences gave me the opportunity to work on both Oracle ERP EBS and Cloud implementations projects and on functional and technical positions on many of the solution sets from Supply Chain area.
I am driven by challenges and always looking for new opportunities to learn and to apply my knowledge on the most variables situations where the company needs it. My leadership among my peers exposed me to the higher management levels within the company and made me learn how to communicate with them, but I was also able to maintain my ability to translate technical and business process requirements to even the most common application user.
Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud strategic advisor working closely with sales and pre-sales teams on positioning cloud solutions based on customer needs. Use Oracle new methodologies to execute sizing, distribution of resources and project planning. Communication with internal and external stakeholders and sponsors Mapping, understanding and alignment of the business drivers in different business segments enabling the adoption of the Oracle recommended best practices. Presentation, documentation and implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, mainly in the Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Costs, WMS Inventory and Procurement areas. Integration requirement analysis and design with other Oracle Cloud Solutions as well as legacy systems.
Responsible for mapping process, gathering and fitting requirements during Design and Implementation phases on PO, iProc, SLM, iSupplier, Services Procurement, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts and Advanced Pricing for PO Modules for the 4 companies of the Ultra Group located on 4 different countries on their R12 Oracle upgrade project. Documenting GAPs and Organizational Impacts related with the project, besides enhancements and interfaces design.
LEADER MFG IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT 06/12 to 02/16 SOMMA IT Process and Requirements mapping on Emerson Process Management Brazilian Rollout, including setup and demonstration of functionalities on Supply Chain and Manufacturing Process, covering the modules PO, RI, BOM, WIP, INV and PAC. Leader on these tracks reporting direct to the Project Manager and coordinating the efforts between the super users and other consultants, assisting on decision making, besides support on demonstrating Brazilian requirements to the global leaders. Process and Solution alignment through the global Emerson Solution fitting Brazilian requirements. Discussion with Global Leaders over the requirements to be able to implement different solutions that do not fit into Emerson Global Design. Project Go-Live on May 2015 with Support and Enhancements after that.
