I have been working as an ERP Consultant since 2005, Had been the active part of multiple implementations for ACCPAC, SAP Production Planning and Plant Maintenance, SAP Successfactors Integration Consultant for EC using Boomi and Successfactors EC Principal Consultant. Having vast experience locally and globally from onshore to offshore. Have done Project Management for various projects.
Most of the work started from Business Process Mapping and I was playing as Business Process Consultant for Production and Maintenance from Business Side. We were supposed to Act as consultant after initial implementation. We were the part of TTT and Master Data gathering in order to have complete information about our area. We got some critical trainings from Consulting Firm on Front-end and Backend Configuration.
I used to be working as Developer and Network Administrator in CP. First Project was to deploy a solid Network Infrastructure based on VOIP and Windos NT 4.0.

Gone through with all Business Processes and current implementation based on MS Dynamic AX. Plan was to implement SAP covering SCM. Submitted detail report to Management with recommendation not to go on SAP since they have already been using latest version of MS Dynamic AX 2012 and the current IT Team hasn't explored its vast feature yet. It was also recommended that the size of company is not as big and MS would deal better in current and future situation since thier two more units were already using MS. Cost was another perspective not to go for SAP. My plans were to stick with SAP System so I left by submitting that report.

I started Integration Consultant for SAP Successfactors on Integrations Side (Boomi) and switched myself to towards implementation side as Successfactors Employee Central Consultant. Worked in various capacities/roles with different partners as contractor. Normally worked as Principal Consultant (SF-EC). I have gone through with two RM Implementations, various EC Implementations/Support /Optimizations and Roll-out.

As Network Administrator in aiSoft my responsibilities were to Install and manage the network based on Windows NT Server 4.0 with Windows NT Workstation and Windows 9.x as client, and Proxy Server.
