SAP PP and PM Implemetation in Sudar FMCG Plant 2011-12

  • As Project Manager End to End implementation with intergration with other modules (MM, QM, FICO, SD). Covered all phases being a Principal Consultant.
  • Successfully implemented SAP-PP and SAP-PM at our new plant at Sundar, completed all phases. It has been live on 5th of June, 2011. We have utilized the Valuation Type Feature in this plant to segregate the same material code for different DCs and to see the costing impacts from manufacturing to sales and to conclude with separate Profit Margins. Also used Special Procurement Keys to handle the MRP, Costing Trail from MFG Plant to Supplying Plant and to manage Price Uploads.
  • All processes were covered from SOP to Demand Management to MRP to CM to Scheduling to Execution based on PP-REM

  • As Team Member Successful Implementation of SAP-BI/BW in CPPL, worked on two Modules (Production Planning & Control and Plant Maintenance).

Business Process for Kansai Paint ME 2012-2013

Gone through with all Business Processes and current implementation based on MS Dynamic AX. Plan was to implement SAP covering SCM. Submitted detail report to Management with recommendation not to go on SAP since they have already been using latest version of MS Dynamic AX 2012 and the current IT Team hasn't explored its vast feature yet. It was also recommended that the size of company is not as big and MS would deal better in current and future situation since thier two more units were already using MS. Cost was another perspective not to go for SAP. My plans were to stick with SAP System so I left by submitting that report.
