I have almost 12+years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/ AX 2012 as a Developer. During my journey I have adopted a lot of functional knowledge as well in the Finance domain. Specifically AR, AP, GL, Bank, Payroll, Inventory Management and Project management.
As far as my work history is involved. I have worked both in end-user and vendor environment on different versions of AX. Ranging from AX4.0, 2009, 2012 and D365. I have customized/extended many functionalities in AX in all the above modules.
I also have privilege to be a part of AX2012 release team for Public Sector layer for Microsoft.
This project involves invoices from a third party system being dumped on FTP with more than 10,000 invoices coming in a day. We created a project with sets of validation those invoices get imported in AX and gets posted automatically. The one that are Rejected are then reviewed by the user the next day for processing. Rejection emails are automatically sent to the suppliers at the end of the day.
