  • Configuration of standard objects, custom fields, custom objects, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, flows and approval process

Mexican Airline - B2C Project

Client requires to restructure the storage of contact information as the current data for contact object is being stored at multiple places and it has drawbacks like Duplicate contact exists in Sales cloud and not fully achieved customer 360-degree view. To achieve this, B2C_DB object needs to be replaced with contact object which involves data migration and building of integration from Sales cloud to Marketing cloud for contact object and implementation of REST web service to create and update records in salesforce. Also, development of a system which can accommodate Sales and budget Files in SFDC and Reports and Dashboards creation on Account and user Objects for both Sales and Budget.

Roles and Responsibilies:

Enhancement of the data model by creation of new Sales and Budget related custom objects, custom fields

Configuration activities that include validation rules and workflow rules

Data loading using Salesforce Data Loader Command-Line Interface

Running a scheduled job, on premises, to automate the data loading activity.

Creation of different types of reports namely summary, matrix and joined reports.
