ConnectMe is a Salesforce service cloud product that Deloitte has developed to automate all the HR related process. ConnectMe is further used by different clients who modify/enhance the product as per their processes. This is a complete lightning-based project.

• Requirement gathering and analyzing the system and developing the best solution

US Logistics - Sales Cloud Project

Client wanted to use Salesforce as a system to operate and handle sales of the company. Create a sales process with business automations and quick logics. Reduce the efforts of the Sales Reps and increase their productivity. This is a complete lightning-based project.

Mexican Airline - Service Cloud Project

The client is one of the biggest airline company in North America and Mexico with presence across the Globe and serves a huge passenger base worldwide. Service Cloud Implementation to create a case management system for the Customer service operations of the client across multiple channels and languages.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configuration of standard objects, custom fields, custom objects, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, flows and approval process
• Implemented Omni channel, entitlements and milestones, knowledge management, web to case and survey functionality
• Creation of reports and dashboards
• Conducted unit and system integration testing

Mexican Airline - B2C Project

Client requires to restructure the storage of contact information as the current data for contact object is being stored at multiple places and it has drawbacks like Duplicate contact exists in Sales cloud and not fully achieved customer 360-degree view. To achieve this, B2C_DB object needs to be replaced with contact object which involves data migration and building of integration from Sales cloud to Marketing cloud for contact object and implementation of REST web service to create and update records in salesforce. Also, development of a system which can accommodate Sales and budget Files in SFDC and Reports and Dashboards creation on Account and user Objects for both Sales and Budget.

Roles and Responsibilies:

Enhancement of the data model by creation of new Sales and Budget related custom objects, custom fields

Configuration activities that include validation rules and workflow rules

Data loading using Salesforce Data Loader Command-Line Interface

Running a scheduled job, on premises, to automate the data loading activity.

Creation of different types of reports namely summary, matrix and joined reports.

Creating Dashboards for the reports and showing them on Accounts and User Screens in lightning

Handled migration using changes set

Synchronization between Salesforce and Marketing cloud

Configuration settings on salesforce end for creation of new marketing user.
