I am a committed Commercial and Senior Project Manager and Consultant. With more than 20 years’ experience at the IT industry; with a clear customer-service focus, leading organizations on transformation, improvement and acquisitions using for this proposes applications such as ERP.
I have worked as a project leader and consultant in the implementation of different business processes, I have a wide experience in logistics, especially in Plant Maintenance (SAP-PM) and Project System (SAP-PS), and it integrations: Human Capital management (SAP-HR), Materials Management (SAP-MM), Quality Management (QM); Finance (SAP-FI), Controlling (SAP-CO) and Fixed Assets (SAP-AA). Additionally, deeply knowledge in sustainability solutions, especially in Environmental Compliance (SAP-EC).
I have prepared, presented, and managed various economic proposals for ERP implementation, using the ASAP Methodology for different sectors, such as Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Energy, Retail, Utilities and Public Sector.
