Odoo's Delegation for a Project in Mongolia

The project was managed directly by Odoo, the offical software publisher. It involves an assessment conducted with and for one of the largest retail group in Mongolia (1) to appraise the general conditions of the business operations' use of the currently deployed Odoo software and (2) to gauge the prerequisites and modalities for mobilising Odoo Enterprise Applications to help and drive business forward. To this purpose staff from the client's end worked together with Odoo consultants from the Belgian heaquarters and Hongkong office to:

• take into consideration the different business models of the respective companies;
• review the evolution of the Odoo-based management tools at the client's end throughout the years;
• apprehend the current general use of the Odoo production environment within the group by reviewing some major in-house developments as well as some of the major pain points the staff is currently facing;
• detect certain decisions taken over the past years and the reasoning behind them;
• identify high level influencing factors and risk aspects that would facilitate or impede further business process automation endeavours;
• share the general situation and context of the group's companies within the Mongolian market and beyond.
