The customer is a giant furniture company in USA. We have worked on an implementation project for their mPOS development.
The project lasted for 6 months, where we have delivered two applications which has been rolled out for all the stores. They make almost 4000+ transaction on application and it has helped them to increase the productivity by a good number. Before it used to take them almost 10-15 minutes to create an order which has now reduced to below 2 minutes to create an order.
Applications were part of SAP Fiori like application family. We had done detailed personalization in Fiori themes and customisation in controls to achieve desired outcomes.
