I am currently working as a Senior RPA developer in Synchrony Financial Services with the responsibilities of Designing and Development of RPA projects. I have a total experience of over 6.4 years in RPA + Programming in various languages like Python, Core Java, Vbscript, Javascript, Oracle DB.
I have worked closely with various huge client's like JP Morgan, CapitalOne.
This process is to validate why the user is still able to access one particular application even after remove access ticket has been completed on the portal by Line Manager. The bot needs to collect all evidence from different portals and then raise an escalation ticket to the concerned team.
Responsibilities:
● Requirement gathering while interacting with direct onsite SME’s of functional team.
● Designing the High level process flow diagram in Microsoft Visio
● Participating in daily stand up call and sharing the status of process progress.
● Build oracle SQL queries to retrieve data from database.
● Used Object cloning, Excel, Web Recorder, Error handling.
● Design Unit test cases at minute level
Description This process occurs in the context of Deposit Fraud Operations. Checks get deposited into customer’s accounts on a routine basis. An alert management system that works on certain proprietary rules can flag any kind of check deposit as fraudulent deposit. An AFH is placed when the associate determines that the deposit is a definite fraud.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities ● Involved in Requirement gathering, and provided the process estimates.
● Worked in designing phase, and created the Technical Design documents and workflow diagrams at granular level.
● Extensively used Object Cloning, Terminal Emulator, Error Handling, Keystrokes, Excel, FTP, Manage Windows Control, Web Recorder components in development phase.
● Involved in production support, enhancement and, Defect fixes.
● Participation in daily stand-up calls to provide tasks status to onsite team.
● Involved in moving the code from DEV→QA→PROD environments.
The overall experience of over 6 years and 3.4 years of relevant experience in RPA.
Worked extensively with Automation Anywhere v11.2, v10.3 & v10.5 (AA) enterprise RPA tool.
Good working knowledge of WIN AUTOMATION (v6.07) & Process Robot.
Expertise in design and development of software robots using Automation Anywhere tool.
Experienced in analyzing & Robotics automation development and also be a part of requirement gathering, application design and development, documentation, testing and deployment.
Expertise in automating Web applications, Citrix applications, window applications.
Involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including design, development and creating test cases.
Facilitate creation of the tasks for the Sprint with dependencies identified. Work with key SMEs and partners to troubleshoot and prioritization actions
Working Knowledge of AA components like Object Cloning, Terminal Emulator, Manage Windows Control, Error Handling, PDF, CSV, OCR, Image Recognition etc.
Extensive knowledge of Control room server (adding groups, users & roles, Scheduling Tasks, and License Management).
Started working PYTHON 3.6 (Intermediate).
Experience in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements and documenting them using Initial Process Analysis (IPA), Process Definition Document (PDD).
Prior to RPA worked on multiple technologies like JavaScript, Core Java, JSP, and Servlets & Oracle Database.
Good understanding of SQL and PL/SQL and experience working with databases like Oracle
Good knowledge of Agile Manifesto and have practical experience of agile implementation in team. Have participated in Agile Scrum Ceremonies (Scrum Call, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Refinement, and Product Backlog).
Designed developed and tested Bots for tasks using AA.
Provided production support in an on-call rotation in a 24x7 environment.
