Process of allocation and clearing customer payments in 10+ different company codes of Nestle (Ukraine, Belgium, Russia, and 7+ LVIV markets) and western Euro (5+ country with the help of SAP Transaction-code FEBAN (Bank statement post Processing). Extracting of the customer payments based on company codes of Nestle LVIV markets from FBL5N (Customer Line items) and clearing the same from F-32 (Clear Customer Account -Matched items). F-28, F-03 GL clearing invoices-based transaction. Identify customer account through Bank statement using invoice or customer name or tax code etc. SLA will be within 6 hours in day once payment received.
Solution: RPA-Blue prism, Excel, Outlook, SAP (web based,4 -transaction code), SharePoint
Result : Reduced workload from 6 hours to 30 minutes. Reduced manual intervention and Accuracy improved from 60% to 95%.
