BOT will continously monitor the incidents in the Service-now. Whenever there is incident BOT will fetch the details of the incident. Then BOT will download the roster file from the shared location where the account team store the roster file. Then BOT will match needed fields with the roster file and assign the incident to the respective assignee. Then BOT will trigger email to the assignee keeping the DL and escalation matrix person in CC. After email, BOT will call to the assignee and it will tell all the information about the incident.
