Graduated from Mumbai University with a degree in Commerce and Economics, and further pursued studies in Business Management from IIM Bangalore,
With an experience of over 15+ years in the IT Industry, my strengths are program management and delivery. Me and my team successfully carried out the implementation of enterprise solutions for M/L organizations like Legrand India, Polaris – USA, Kulthorn Kirby Thailand.
Legrand project was implemented in India in 9 locations which include the manufacturing plants and Sales Offices. Those days most organizations ran their business using manual systems, hence the implementation of enterprise solutions resulted in the evolution of IT, resulting in having real-time data that accelerated timely decision making.
For Polaris, we carried out a full-fledged upgrade of the enterprise solutions at their centralized location. Various modules were customized for the purpose of reporting and business process re-engineering, the delivery was managed as an onsite-offshore model.
Various other end to end implementation was successfully carried out for organizations like Kulthorn Kirby in Thailand.
I also carry some rich experience in product management and delivery at Tally Solutions where I learned the simplicity of product design and thus equipped my skills with designing and building products for volume.
With this experience, I bootstrapped and founded an ERP Product Solutions company called “InforTran”. Unlike traditional enterprise Solutions which are expensive and take a huge time implementing and rolling out the solution, our product was built for SMEs which was affordable to buy, easy to use, low infrastructure costs, scalable as they adopt and use. The solution was conceptualized after understanding of market needs. I ran this venture for 7 years.
After working on various assignments as a consultant with some NGO’s, I took a sabbatical break to attend to some of the personal requirements.
With the experience that I carry, I am seeking roles in Mid-size companies on Program Management and Delivery.
My Hobbies are Writing, Listening to Music and Cooking. My future plan is to work with orphans sharing unconditional love and safety.
