Process involves automating combination of SAP, CRM, ERP, Oracle DB, Excel, Macro, PDF(Native & OCR), Citrix, Web & Outlook applications to perform end-to-end oil & gas services. It helps to create, custom, extend and update customer accounts and services. Also manages and maintains leads, billing of the customer, performing email campaigns, generating reports to analyze sales forecast, maintaining inventory and purchase entry details.

Automation starts with fetching part of data from email by means of excel( xls,xlsx, xlsm, csv, xsb) or pdf (native or scanned) files, part of data from DB. Then populating data into SAP to genearate lead, populating other into CRM to initiate salesfore, populate data into ERP to update transaction details, validate the customer geography (latitude & longitude) to check service establishment, right to service and customer flagship. Then creating invioce with the customer service and shipment details. Finally acknowledging the business with attached invoice through email.

Automated a chain process in ERP application to specifically help buyer and supplier come together and improve the ways and speed in which they do business. This aumation helps to upload day-to-day purchase order and shippment order in bothe buyer and supplier database. Also create ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification) number for tracking purpose. Acknowlege the business about purcahes order, shippment order, ASN details through mails with generated invoices/ASN's. Also generates html based reports periodically whenever required through json configuration.

Automated Medicare process which involves validating member's personal and plan information, updating discripencies, integrating plan enrollments, renewing medicare coverage and chosing the medicaid plans. Also managing employer plans, validating employer groups, terminating plans on request, modifying plans on approval, updating plan over periods, acknowledging plan details, premium details, employer summary, household summary through emails, renovating contact information.
